Campervan Atlas answers two questions: where can I sleep tonight, and what can I sleep in?

Where to stay

We map 68,778 campsites, motorhome aires, motorhome parking spots, dump stations and water points, imported from OpenStreetMap. Every place page shows the services that are recorded, what isn't recorded, GPS coordinates and the nearest dump station and water point. It's all free, and you never need an account.

What to sleep in

Rental companies and campsites send us their listings through our Partner API. We show them side by side and send you to the owner to book, or forward your question to them. We don't scrape other websites, and we don't take bookings or payments.

Where we cover

We cover the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal and the United States in full detail, including 52,642 campsites and campgrounds. In the US we also show federal campgrounds from Recreation.gov. Every other country has its regions and largest towns, and we add places as we import them.

Independent and open

Place data comes from OpenStreetMap under the Open Database Licence, and towns from GeoNames. We credit both on every page. See data sources and how it works.

About the project

Campervan Atlas is an independent, non-commercial project. It isn't owned by a rental company, campsite chain or booking site, and no listing pays to appear or to rank higher. Place information comes from open data that anyone can check and correct.
